Veritas Small Plough and Combination Plane Blade - 4mm Groove

This blade produces a 4mm wide groove. Made of A2 tool steel, it has a 35° bevel angle. The lapped back only requires a light honing before use. It is right handed only use in the Veritas small plough plane. In the Veritas combination plane, it can perform right-hand or left-hand cuts, simply by changing the combination plane’s fence from one side to the other. If you own a Veritas small plough plane or a Record 405 or Stanley 45/55, you may already have a collection of blades that you can use in the Veritas combination plane. Made in Canada.
