UJK Self Adjusting Toggle Clamp 50

Industrial quality toggle clamps are invaluable when constructing a custom-made jig for use on a router table, spindle moulder or saw bench. Press the handle down and the clamp locks in position securely holding the workpiece in place. Toggle clamps are quick to lock and unlock and are very versatile. Anywhere you need a fast, firm hold-down, a toggle clamp is useful. They are perfectly suited for use in small-scale production situations. This self-adjusting toggle clamp automatically adjusts to the height of the workpiece within its capacity. A set-screw, on the cantilevered joint, adjusts the clamping force to your particular needs, up to 2,000N. The wide injection moulded handle has a soft grip insert, which makes setting the clamp a comfortable operation. Made from quality steel, galvanised and passivated against corrosion; the maximum reach is 60mm and maximum workpiece thickness approximately 50mm. It has a central hole to allow fitting to MFT using UJK anchor dogs. Dogs and toggle clamp plates available to attached the clamp to a multifunction work bench where needed (sold separately).
