The UJK Rebate Router Cutter is a new, innovative design of the much-loved rebate router cutter. British-made and designed to deliver precision, durability, longevity, and smooth, clean cuts, it is a worthy addition to any workshop. While rebates are often used on spindle moulders, this cutter is specifically designed for use with router tables. The UJK Three Wing Rebate Cutter offers a unique three-wing design with replaceable blades, effortlessly producing straight and curved rebates and delivering a ‘glass- like’ finish. Available in 1/2" and 12 mm shanks. UJK have created truly ground breaking technology with Internal bearing technology (IBT) featuring in both sizes of the rebate cutter. The IBT allows the twin bearings to sit low in the cutter, offering a superior running balance and protection from dust and debris, resulting in a smoother cutter and longer lifespan. The British-made and one of its kind made from stainless steel, making it resistant to corrosion. The solid carbide, double-edged replacement cutters are held securely in place by Torx screws, ensuring they remain secure. The cutter sits in two points of positive register, providing maximum accuracy. Supplied with Metric UJK orange depth discs. Metric depth discs, rebate depth produced 1, 2, 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15mm and 16mm.
