Axminster Woodturning GK88 Dovetail Jaws - Type C

Axminster Woodturning have recreated some of our most popular jaws in a smaller size to accommodate the Discovery GK88 chuck. The Type C jaws expand into a 55mm recess. The 42mm diameter internal grip has a stepped shoulder, for an extra firm grip on to a spigot. These given dimensions are when the jaws form a true circle and offer the best grip. The potential internal range is 34mm to 68mm, and the external 51mm to 86mm. The Type C jaws are especially useful for small bowls and end grain work such as boxes and goblets. As with all our dovetail jaws they simply bolt onto the Accessory Mounting Jaws. Made entirely in Axminster, UK. Please note: the Axminster Woodturning Discovery GK88 range of jaws are compatible with the Discovery GK100 and SK100 Chucks. They are also compatible with the Evolution SK114 Chuck, providing the GK88 Mounting Jaws are used.
