These very high quality double groove Forstner cutters have an excellent cutting edge that will give clean smooth cuts every time. A very important point is that for strength the bits have been manufactured from one piece of high quality tool steel with the shank especially tempered to DIN316-E6,3. Designed for tools that accept 1/4" shank hex as well as standard drill chucks, these Forstner cutters will perform in soft and hardwood as well as in manufactured boards. Made in Europe.
