When it comes to separating swarf from coolant, the high capacity SSIVD 1800PH vacuum is efficient and ideal for the industrial engineering environment.
The power head features efficient, twin bypass motors, delivering an increased airflow and suction using Numatic TwinFlo motor technology. The body and motor head are Structofoam. Structofoam is tough, lightweight and resists all standard cleaning chemicals making it the ideal material for the job.
Inside the SSIVD 1800PH vacuum is a 30-litre capacity stainless steel mesh basket. Any particle greater than 1mm remains trapped in the basket with filtered coolant discharged using the onboard pump hose. The swarf basket simply lifts out and the contents tipped into a convenient receptacle. The SSIVD 1800PH has a pump and 1m of hose; transferring filtered coolant into an oil drum or other waste container is effortless. The discharge rate is around 35L per minute and it only takes 2 minutes to empty a full tank, dependent upon viscosity. The vacuum requires switching off while the pump is in operation.
The SSIVD 1800PH vacuum will accept hose from 76mm down to 32mm diameter, making it suitable for a multitude of engineering tasks in and around the workshop. A tubular steel chassis with large wheels makes the SSIVD 1800PH very mobile and stable.
It comes with the Numatic BS7 wet floor accessory kit, including 2.4m x 38mm hose, 2 stainless steel extension tubes, a stainless steel hand tube and 400mm wet pickup floor nozzle.-bg
